Hi, my name is Vivette Bordas and I’m called Viva by my childhood friends, I’m the fourth of six siblings, I was born in Nicaragua, Central America, and came to the USA in 1987 with my two-year-old son searching for a better future for us.

I worked in Health from 1987 until retired. I also taught at a technical college a method for monitoring the rhythm of the heart. I’m married and we have two grandkids that we adore. They are the main reason why we moved to the beautiful San Juan Island in Washington State.

In 2017, here on the Island, I had the privilege to be part of an amazing Leadership program. In 2018, I became the director of the program for that year, I love gardening, sports, and watching movies. Now that I’m retired, I finally have the time to do and enjoy crafts and I’m sohappy to be able to share them with you. Thank you for visiting my site.
